Managing Your Subscription

Learn how to view your plan, upgrade or downgrade, manage billing, and cancel your Showcase subscription.

Quick Answers

1. Viewing Your Current Plan

You can view your current Showcase membership from your Account page.

Your Membership section shows your current plan and relevant subscription information. From here, you can also access available upgrade, downgrade, and billing options.

Showcase currently offers:

  • Free
  • Pro
  • Elite

Your available profile features depend on your current plan.

2. Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade your Showcase membership at any time.

From your Account page, select the available upgrade option and follow the steps to choose your new plan.

When you upgrade:

  • Your existing profile and content remain intact
  • Your new plan features become available
  • You can continue editing the same Showcase profile

There is no need to create a new profile when changing plans.

3. Downgrading Your Plan

Paid members can change to a lower paid plan from the Account page when an eligible downgrade is available.

Select the available downgrade option from your Account page. You'll be taken to Showcase's secure billing portal to review and confirm the change.

Your Showcase account and profile are not deleted when you downgrade. However, features that are not included with your new plan may become unavailable.

If your profile uses features or media beyond the limits of your new plan, that content may no longer appear publicly while you're on the lower plan.

4. Managing Your Billing

To manage billing, open your Account page and select Manage Billing.

From the secure billing portal, you can manage available subscription and payment settings associated with your Showcase membership.

5. Canceling Your Subscription

You can cancel a paid Showcase subscription at any time from the Danger Zone on your Account page.

Select Cancel Subscription. You'll be taken to Showcase's secure billing portal where you can review and confirm your cancellation.

Canceling does not immediately end your paid membership. Your current plan and features remain available through the end of your current billing period.

Your subscription and Showcase account are separate. Canceling your subscription does not delete your Showcase account.

6. Canceling vs. Deleting Your Account

These are two different actions:

Cancel Subscription
Stops your paid Showcase membership. It does not immediately delete your account or public profile.

Delete Account
Permanently deletes your Showcase account and associated profile data.

Account deletion is intended for users who want to completely remove their Showcase account — not simply stop paying for a subscription.

Account deletion cannot be undone.

7. Changing Your Mind After Canceling

If you cancel your subscription and your current billing period has not ended yet, you can reverse the cancellation.

Return to the billing portal from your Showcase Account page. Your subscription will show its scheduled end date along with an option to keep your subscription active.

Select Don't cancel subscription and confirm the renewal.

Your scheduled cancellation will be removed, and your subscription will continue renewing normally.

8. Having Trouble With Your Subscription?

If your plan, billing status, or access doesn't look correct, first try refreshing your Account page and signing back into Showcase.
