Showcase 24/7 is a creator platform built for DJs, artists, radio stations, voice talent, producers, and other creators. Users may create a public Showcase, feature or upload media, share professional and creator information, connect with other users, and access additional features based on their membership plan.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features at any time.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Showcase 24/7.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, embed, or share through Showcase 24/7. This includes audio, video, images, text, links, and other materials.
By uploading, submitting, embedding, or otherwise providing content through Showcase 24/7, you grant Showcase 24/7 a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, displaying, and providing the platform and its features.
You represent and warrant that you have the rights necessary to upload and share such content.
Content provided through third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those services.

Certain Showcase 24/7 features require a paid subscription. Available plans, features, and pricing are described on the Showcase 24/7 website and may change from time to time.
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew automatically according to the billing period selected at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan.
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time. Unless otherwise stated, paid features will remain available through the end of the current billing period, after which your account will automatically switch to the Free plan.
Downgrading or canceling a paid subscription may result in the loss of access to features available only on paid plans. Content or settings associated with paid features may be hidden, restricted, or otherwise unavailable while using the Free plan.
Payments already made are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated by Showcase 24/7.

Showcase 24/7 is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
We do not guarantee that user content, third-party embeds, links, analytics, follower counts, reactions, or other platform data will always be available, accurate, or uninterrupted.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
Users may request account deletion at any time.
Upon account deletion, your public Showcase and associated content may be removed from public access. Certain records may be retained as required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or operational purposes.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you believe content hosted on Showcase 24/7 infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to investigate and respond appropriately.
Showcase 24/7 may integrate with or provide access to third-party services, platforms, content, websites, or tools.
Third-party services are operated independently of Showcase 24/7 and may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and functionality. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, operation, availability, security, or practices of third-party services.
Features that rely on third-party services, including embedded media, payment processing, or external links, may become unavailable, interrupted, or modified if those services change or discontinue their functionality.
Your use of third-party services through or in connection with Showcase 24/7 is subject to any applicable terms and policies of those third parties.
